The following Contract is entered into voluntarily by the "Client” as detailed in “Your Client Details” and with the “Metaphysical Institute and/or the Metaphysical Institute Practitioner” (hereafter referred to as the Practitioner) and is Agreed to in, All Points and Clauses by selecting the “I Agree” choice at the end of this Contract.
This "Contract" applies to the First Appointment and all Subsequent Appointments.

The Client refers to an Individual as per Your Client Details,
i. Or in the case of a Family Consultation, all Members of that Family, whether listed or not listed, in Your Client Details.
ii. Or in the case of Group Consultation, all Members of that Group, whether listed or not listed in Your Client Details

Appointments: The Client Agrees to call on time for all appointments, as arranged.
For cancellation or reappointment 24 hours notice is required.
If less than 24 hour notice is given a 50% fee may apply.
The Practitioner Agrees to be prepared and available, as arranged.
For cancellation or reappointment, 24 hours notice will be given.
If due to unforseen circumstances, less than 24 hours notice is given,
the Practitioner will refund 50% of Scheduled Fee for that Appointment, if reappointed.
If cancelled a full refund applies.
